In Home Service - Post Delivery Associate
Responsibilities include addressing customer service inquiries via phone calls and email interaction with clients, service order entry and processing, follow through and resolution. This position interacts with furniture technicians, factories and a variety of associates to ensure customer satisfaction and appropriate resolution of issues, concerns and inventory.
Full Time and Part-time Front Office Cashier/Credit Associates

We’re looking for full- and part-time Front Office Cashier/Credit Associates. Stocking Associate - Full Time
This is not a typical warehouse job. This position offers a lot of variety and you will help out all over our state of the art Store. We’re looking for a customer-oriented individual with who is responsible, well organized and dependable. As a Store Stocking Associate, you will ensure customer satisfaction through the prompt, accurate and careful handling of product from the receiving through the shipping processes.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Excellent phone skills – works well under pressure for active office
Excellent, accurate data entry and correspondence
PC proficiency – ability to use Word, Excel and Email
Comfortable working with numbers
Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Customer Service experience/knowledge preferred – willing to train
Bilingual individual (Spanish/English) a plus

Stocking Associate - Full Time
Responsibilities Include:
Load customer merchandise.
Merchandise preparation.
Put away receiving.
Special event assignments.
Light furniture assembly.
Handling special projects.
Will also assist with display furniture handling and other duties throughout the store.
Skills For This Position:
You will have the ability to work independently, and as a team member, and possess good interpersonal skills as you will interact with customers as well as coworkers in areas throughout the company. We will train you, if you are:
Detail oriented, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and work well under pressure.
Have proficiency with computers and solid data entry experience.
Some inventory experience a plus, as well as small power tools.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. throughout the day.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate special sales events.

Full Time Sales Associates
As a Darvin sales associate you will be providing clients with home furnishings solutions after gathering information to understand the customer’s need. You may help them furnish a room or an entire house. Our success stems from serving our customers with honesty, courtesy and professionalism. Previous design or retail experience with home furnishings is preferred (but not necessary), along with a commitment for career development and a strong desire to succeed. Being highly motivated will be an asset, along with the ability to follow up with each and every customer. Computer literacy is required.
