We are currently looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to assist our President in various duties.

Conserves President’s time and promotes the corporate image by representing the president internally and externally; providing liaison between the president, key executives, and employees; participates in company communications. Leads Darvin’s in person outbound representation activity.

Position Title: Marketplace Associate
Location: Orland Park
Reports to: Marketplace Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $ 17.00 Per Hour, plus eligibility to earn monthly bonuses of $350.00.

As the Marketplace Associate, you will be part of our dynamic team that is dedicated to transforming and enhancing spaces with unique accessories! In this vital role, you will ensure seamless customer transactions and deliver exceptional service by taking care of the customer from beginning to end. To add a bit of creativity to your day, your responsibilities will also include gift-wrapping packages. Yes, we will train you on this! You will manage all customer interactions at the checkout, handle payments, and support customers throughout their shopping experience. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position. Weekend shifts are required.

Responsibilities include addressing customer service inquiries via phone calls and email interaction with clients, service order entry and processing, follow through and resolution. This position interacts with furniture technicians, factories and a variety of associates to ensure customer satisfaction and appropriate resolution of issues, concerns and inventory.

We’re looking for full- and part-time Front Office Cashier/Credit Associates. You will need to work flexible day/evening hours and weekends, but the real reward is an opportunity to help our customers every day. If you are a good fit – we will train you.

This is not a typical warehouse job. This position offers a lot of variety and you will help out all over our state of the art Store. We’re looking for a customer-oriented individual with who is responsible, well organized and dependable. As a Store Stocking Associate, you will ensure customer satisfaction through the prompt, accurate and careful handling of product from the receiving through the shipping processes.
